Zero Discharge Project for High Salinity Wastewater in Coal Mining

Project Overview

This project is a high-salinity wastewater treatment system for coal mines, with a capacity of 5,000 m³/d. The
main process includes: Pre-treatment clarification + Ultrafiltration system + Stage BWRO (Brackish Water Reverse
Osmosis) system + TMF (Tube Module Filtration) microfiltration + Secondary BWRO + TM microfiltration + Tertiary STRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) + Evaporation system. The system produces water for both direct and production reuse, while the concentrated wastewater is subjected to evaporation and crystallization to recover salts. The condensate is treated to meet discharge standards.
